After processing and dispatching your order, we will send you the tracking number. The cost of delivery is calculated automatically based on the region, size and weight of the shipment.
The standard delivery time to most of the EU areas is 4-6 working days. In case you need different shipping mode, please contact us at the above stated email or phone.
You can return a product within 14 days of delivery. There is no need to state any reason for your wish to do so, simply notify us by email, with the product and order details.
In case you just wish to exchange your product for another one within the initial 14-days period, please send us your request by the email specified above.
You can also send us a claim for any discrepancy of the product, when after delivery, such discrepancy is found.
We will replace or repair any defective product, which falls under the warranty conditions, within 30 days from sending us the claim, free of charge, including all shipping costs.
