Refund policy

Dear Customer, in case you need to return a product, please first send us an email to angelova@mmotors.bg.

You can return any product within 14 days of its delivery. There is no need to state any reason for your wish to do so, simply notify us by email and include the following details:

• order number
  
• content and value of the order

In such case, we will refund your money back. Unfortunately, we do not cover the shipping costs. Please note, that you need to post us back the product within 14 days from its delivery to you.  We may postpone the refund until the actual receipt of the returned product. Upon return, the product must be in its original packaging, without traces of use or damaged commercial appearance.

In case you wish to exchange your product for another one within the initial 14-days period, please send us your request to the email specified above.

You can also send us a claim for any discrepancy of the product, when after delivery, such discrepancy is found.

We will replace or repair any defective product, which falls under the warranty conditions, within 30 days from receiving the claim, free of charge including all shipping costs.

In case of а transport damage to the product, please notify us within 1 week from delivery, so that the necessary remedial measures can be taken.
