Exchange and Refund

We always strive to offer peace of mind to our clients for all the choices they make with us.

That’s why we clearly state that you can return a product within 14 days of delivery. There is no need to state any reason for your wish to do so, simply notify us by email at for your wish to return the product  with the product and order details:

  • content and value of the order
  • data of the person who made the order
  • data of the person who accepted the delivery
  • date of delivery 

and we will refund your money back. Unfortunately, we do not cover the shipping cost. Please note, that you need to post us back the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.  We may postpone the refund until the actual receipt of the returned product. Upon return, the product must be in its original packaging, without traces of use or damaged commercial appearance.

In case you just wish to exchange your product for another one within the initial 14-days period, please send us your request by the email specified above, where the same conditions apply. 

You can also send us a claim for any discrepancy of the product, when after delivery, such discrepancy is found.

We will replace or repair any defective product, which falls under the warranty conditions, within 30 days from sending us the claim, free of charge including all shipping costs.

In case of а transport damage to the product, please notify us within 2 weeks after delivery, so that the necessary remedial measures can be taken.
