Warranty and Service
For all products offered on the site https://mmotors.shop/, the corresponding warranty applies. Warranty service is provided by the manufacturer according to the warranty card attached to the product. The warranty period for the product is calculated from the date of sale.
The warranty period for various products varies from 2 to 5 years and is indicated in the warranty card attached to the product. You can also view the warranty period on the page of the corresponding product on our website, in the "characteristics" section in the "warranty" line.
Without regard to the manufacturing warranty, the Merchant bears the responsibility for non-compliance of consumer goods with the sales contract according to the provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Complaints are filed according to general terms of the site (clickable).
If a factory defect or failure of the product is detected during the warranty period, you have the right to a full refund for the purchased product, as well as, by agreement of the parties, repair or exchange of defective goods!
Upon the occurrence of a warranty event, in addition to a refund for the order in full, we will compensate your transportation costs both upon receipt and upon return of the goods. Also, if possible and by agreement of the parties, we can offer you the repair of the product or exchange it for another product of your choice from the assortment on our website with an appropriate price adjustment up or down. To do this, you need to send the completed form (will be sent to you as soon as we have an email with a relevant request from you) at our email firstname.lastname@example.org . In the subject of the letter, you must specify "Refund/warranty" and specify the following data:
- the subject of the complaint
- preferred way of satisfying the complaint
- respectively the claimed amount
- address, telephone and email for contact
and attach the documents on which the claim is based, namely:
2. protocols, acts, photos or other documents, establishing the non-conformity of the goods with the agreed;
3. other documents establishing the claim on grounds and amount.
We will try to respond to you as quickly as possible (but no more than 5 working days from the date of receipt of the claim) during working hours (Monday-Friday, 10:00-17:30).
We will inform you which shipping company you can return the goods to and to which address.
As soon as we receive the defective product, we will inform you about it by the email you specified. A refund is made after receiving the goods and further checking it within 1-2 business days!
Check the product immediately after receipt! If you receive an item with visible damage on the packaging, please contact us immediately. We will help you as quickly as possible in this situation.
